Went for our HDB 2nd appointment in the late afternoon, supposed to have dinner and shopping after that. But Dennis received a call from office that he was needed so we have to rush back after the appointment. Abit disappointed as I was looking pretty forward to bring Double Cs out for a nice dinner and shopping but no choice, work more important. If not, who will support us? Hee... Dennis apologised to me but I already expected it as he had told me before in his new job, probably he doesn't have more time for us as he needs to travel and even sometimes weekends will be "burnt". He said he will make up to us once he settled in his new job. Hmm... What "compensation" should I request ah? Haha...
Of cos not. He is the only sole breadwinner. I think he has his stress too as in wanting to make sure we can live comfortably and happy. I'll be a good wife, good mummy. (I hope so!) ;p Cannot be unreasonable. Hee...
As Cayenne didn't want to go back, Dennis didn't wish to spoil her mood, we had a quick bite @ Mos Burger. After that, headed home. Dennis rushed back to work after sending us home. While we were walking to the carpark, Cayenne was still telling me "Don't go back, go "gai gai"". I jokingly told Dennis that Mummy also didn't want to go back. Haha...
Anyway, could tell that Cayenne was kinda of disappointed, I told Cayenne that I would bring her and Cayden to playground after Cayden finished his dinner. We went to play slide again for almost an hour! 3 of us sweated like mad!
It was at the playground that I let Cayden walked barefooted and gradually let go his hand. & he started to walk! I was so happy! Cos since the 1st time he walked on 3rd July 2010, he didn't want to walk, we let him stand up, he won't want to stand and walk, must hold his hand then he would walk. If not, he walked with the walker. Dennis said our son was a timid cow. Haha... SO, I was so excited and happy that Cayden actually let go my hand and walked around the playground! ;) 5 days after his 1st Birthday!
As for Cayenne, she was happy as well, cos she could play her slide so many times, climbing up and sliding down. ;)
Stayed at the playground till 7.45pm and Jann came to meet us after her work. After that, we headed home, sticky, sweaty & smelly! ;p
