Darling Cayden had his 1st fall from his cot!

Incident :

He was having his morning nap as usual in the room while I was reading to Cayenne in the living hall. Suddenly I had Cayden crying and his crying sounded unusual. I quickly asked my helper to go into the room to check on Cayden. When my helper opened the door, I could hear Cayden's crying really sounded different from his normal crying. I quickly carried Cayenne up from my laps and ran to my room. My helper told me Cayden was on the floor! ;(

I quickly took over from my helper and consoled my little boy. Normally at this kind of critical moment, Cayenne sure would start her nonsense. She started to make noise, cried abit and asked me to carry her. I said to her, "弟弟 has fallen from cot, let Mummy carry 弟弟 first, ok." But she simply refused to listen. My helper took over again and I could see or feel that my boy needed me and wanted me so much to carry him.

I scolded Cayenne hard. I told her if she didn't want to listen to Mummy, Mummy won't want to carry her. After that, she let me carry Cayden.

Sigh... Don't know if it is because boys are more active.

I really got panicked and started to search for the playpen that Dennis's friend passed to us. It was in the storeroom. The playpen actually was already damaged. One of the sides couldn't hold up, had to use a pole to support. Last time, Lily used a pole to support the playpen for Cayenne.

Seriously thinking, think Cayden won't be safe if he is always in walker either. Think the best way is to put him in the playpen. Was thinking of getting a new one but then, Cayden is approaching his no. 1 soon. After that, he will be walking. Think he won't want to be trapped in the playpen. Kinda of waste money if I buy the playpen for about 2 months' usage.

Dennis told me to use the cot instead during day. Put him inside with some toys. I agreed. Quickly asked Dennis to fix up the cot again. Put the mattress to the lowest. So that, Cayen won't be able to climb over the cot railings. OR will he? ... ... ...

Mother Day's Celebration? Fat hope!

Why I said that? It was because it was time for dinner so 顺便 celebrated for me. Haha... But it was ok, I didn't mind at all.

Kept asking Cayenne to look @ Daddy's Iphone to take a picture but she purposely did the opposite!

Mummy : Baby, tomorrow is Mother's Day. Quick, say Happy Mother's Day to Mummy.

Cayenne kept quiet and drank her water.

Mummy : Baby, baby, say "Happy"

Cayenne : Happy.

Mummy : Mother's.

Cayenne : Mother's.

Mummy : Day.

Cayenne : Day.

Mummy : Oh thankyou, baby.

Mummy's feelings of Perth Trip

I had an enjoyable holidays with my Dear, my Double Cs and my dear cousin Vicky! ;)

No doubt it was tiring as well in Perth but the feelings of holidays are always great!

Thanks, Double Cs for being such two sweetie Darlings during the whole trip! (Of cos must minus off their crankiness, fussiness etc) Overall, they behaved very good! Afterall they are still babies! Hee...

The Chua Family 1st Trip - Perth (20th April 10 to 26th April 10) - Day 7 (Part 2)

Reached Perth Airport & did the check in. Aboard plane to Singapore...

This time while back to Singapore, Double Cs were not co-operative. Kept making noise during the flight! Argh... Especially Mr. Little Chua. He surprised us by being the "naughty" one. Didn't want to drink milk, nap. And the worst part was vomitted milk and dirty his pants and the floor. Quickly changed him. During the plane, Cayden kept fussing. But funny thing was if he saw the air stewardess walked past, he would stop and eyes glued to the air stewardess. He could even laughed/smiled! We were teasing him by calling him "色狼". Haha...

As for Cayenne, she also didn't co-operate. Kept wanting me to carry. Initially she wanted to sit with Daddy during the take off, then when about to take off, she fussed and made noise, wanted me to carry her instead. I insisted she sat down with Daddy. But she started crying... So no choice, we quickly do an exchange. I was worried that we were making a nuisance in the plane.

Finally reached Singapore! Weather was really very very warm. My brother came to fetch us. Time was already 9plus. By the time we reached home, it was already 10plus. Quickly gave Double Cs a shower before sleeping.

26th April 2010, Monday

Packed and ready to leave... *Sad*

We checked out early and went straight to Perth City to try our luck to see if the shopping malls were opened. It was still a public holiday. Lucky the shops were opened! I was so happy that I could get some clothes for my Cayden & my nephews.

After lunch, we drove to Coles to get more chocolates. After the final shopping, we drove towards Perth Airport... Felt sad that our holidays ended so fast...

25th April 2010, Sunday

Woke up quite early as we wanted to go to Fremantle. It was also Vicky's "OFF DAY". She didn't need to prepare breakfast for us! Keke...

We had lunch @ Fremantle food court. The food was terrible and expensive! Vicky had pizza which was much better than ours.

Back to our resort

Wanted to go to Perth City as I started to get panicked as I only bought one top for Cayenne. Nothing for Cayden yet! Plus it was ANZAC DAY for Australia. So it was holiday on Sunday, heard that most shops closed early or might not be opened. *Panic*

We drove to Perth City but Double Cs were napping. We had no heart to wake them up so decided to give it a miss. Double Cs' sleep more important. So we headed back to our resort. This time was the earliest that we reached resort. 3.10pm, I think. So we started to do some packing & taking more pictures...

Dennis's friend & wife wanted to give us a farewell dinner. Didn't manage to get the name of the place we were having dinner. We had Italian food & the food was great! ;)
