After our perth holidays, I brought Cayenne to Seedlings Learning Hub to make some enquiry and the teacher invited us to go for a trial. It was quite fun looking @ how Cayenne listened to the teacher and doing what the teacher instructed her.
There were only 3 toddlers including Cayenne. There was one toddler who supposed to come but didn't. One toddler was at the same month age as Cayenne while the other was only 20 months old.
I think Cayenne behaved quite well in the class while the 20 months old toddler refused to listen to the teacher. I told the mummy that once her boy reached 2 years old, he would get better. Cayenne was like that too. Once she turned 2 years old, she behaved quite well and can listen to instructions well.
After trial, discussed with Dennis about the pros and cons of attending this course. Decided not to as it was quite expensive for the course. 3 times per week, 1 and 1/2 hours for 1 term (10 weeks) cost $675! Haven't even included the registration fee, materials fee, uniform etc. And another push factor of not letting Cayenne join the class was the toddler who was same month age as Cayenne, was actually the son of one of the staff there. From what I observed, the teacher spent more time with him & after lesson ended, her colleague asked about how her son was doing, the teacher kept praising her son. Well, I didn't like what I saw or heard. I kinda of feel some bias-ness from the teacher.
Anyway, it was a good trial for Cayenne. ;)
